Opening for Character Apps and Halloween!

This is a fairly short announcement, but I figure I might as well make it known ahead of time.
If you haven't started on your character yet, or rather, haven't posted in the character registration section yet, feel free to do so whenever you're ready.
For those of you whose apps have been posted or will be posted before the 31st, you are getting an automatic two day extension for Halloween. I know some people take the day more seriously than others, and it's also more or less my bag of candy for you all.
